Where is my order?

Orders arrive within 5–7 working days for UK delivery. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. If it has been more than 14 days, please get in touch and we will sort it out.

My packager has arrived damaged

Our Dot Guarantee covers this. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement — no returns needed, no questions asked.

How does the custom photo service work?

Upload any photograph on our custom photo page and we convert it into a personalised dot painting kit. Please allow 3–5 extra working days for custom orders as each one is made to order.

Can I return or exchange my kit?

Unused and unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom photo kits are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Contact us and we will walk you through the process.
